Workshop (wenn der Workshop/die Workshops an dem von Ihnen gewählten Datum bereits ausgebucht ist/sind, können wir Ihnen keinen Platz mehr anbieten; bitte melden Sie sich an, sobald Sie wissen, wann Sie teilnehmen möchten). Für die Stornierung gelten die gleichen Regeln wie für die normalen Workshops.

Workshop (if the workshop/s is/are already fully booked on the date of your choice, we cannot you offer a place; please sign up as soon as you know when you would like to participate). Cancellation policy is the same as the normal workshop rules.

Stornierungs- und Rückerstattungsbedingungen:

Der Teilnehmer*innen muss uns mindestens 48 Stunden vor einem geplanten Workshop, während der Öffnungszeiten (Mon.-Fr.: 9:00-18:00), über eine Stornierung informieren, wegen der Bestellung von Pflanzen und Blumenmaterial. Stornierungen, die 48 Stunden vor Beginn des Workshops erfolgen, werden zu 100% (28 Euro) zurückerstattet.

Wenn Sie weniger als 48 Stunden vor dem Beginn des Workshop absagen möchten, können Sie entweder einen anderen Teilnehmer*innen finden, der Ihren Platz einnimmt, oder Sie können die Gebühr von 20 € für den nächsten Workshop verwenden. Wenn Sie die Gebühr für einen zukünftigen Workshop verwenden möchten, beachten Sie bitte, dass die 8€ für Pflanzenmaterialen für den ursprünglichen Workshop nicht erstattungsfähig ist (Die Kosten für das Blumenmaterial werden Ihnen bei der nächsten Teilnahme extra berechnet).

Cancellation and refund policy:

Participant must inform at least 48 hours in advance of a scheduled class, during business hours (Mon-Fri: 9:00-18:00), to notify us of a cancellation, due to ordering plants and flower materials. Cancellations made 48 hours before the start of the lesson will be refunded 100% (28 Euro).

Should you wish to cancel within 48 hours prior to the start of the workshop, you can either find someone else to take your place or you can use the 20€ workshop fee to pay for the next workshop. If you choose to use your fee for a future workshop, you will not be refunded the cost of the materials (8€) for the originally scheduled workshop. The cost of the materials for the next workshop will be charged additionally.
